Key Duties and Responsibilities

Logistics & Order Management, including coordinating with internal and external management Order submission/follow up with Vendors/Suppliers/Customers Keep Head Office posted in terms of orders status, job completion, and any issues, should they arise. Deal with multiple suppliers Coordinate with Freight Forwarders/Service providers Closely coordinate with the sales and marketing team Maintain stock/inventory/personnel records Regularly update the internal ERP system with Logistics & Order Management information Suggest course of action (if need be) to the Head Office based on new operations and endeavours


Bachelor degree Well-versed in procurement & logistics of home improvement products Professionals with 1-3 years of experience preferred Good knowledge and command over business handling Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Excellence in MS Word & Excel Able to multitask and be flexible to business requirements Able to work independently as well as within a team Can handle pressure and meet tight deadlines Good Customer Service skills Expertise in Distribution Business Model shall be given preference
